These terms and conditions govern your use of SRC Auto Care Ltd's services and website. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use our services.

2. Online Booking

When booking services online, you agree to pay a deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the service. Please note that submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your appointment. You will receive confirmation from our staff once your appointment is scheduled.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Vehicle Information

You confirm that all vehicle information provided at the time of booking is accurate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle details differ upon inspection.

5. Service Guarantees

All work carried out by SRC Auto Care Ltd is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

6. Personal Data

We will collect and store your personal information securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Your information will be used only for purposes related to providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our services and website and the use of this website.
